ReplyDeleteAn anniversary sundial is a great idea...there is one called the Spectra sundial that tells time using the sun and sits on the windowsill indoors, making rainbows in the room when the sun shines. It can be personalized with a date line that the time shadow will follow each year on the anniversary day, and you can get a (paper) gift certificate for it at the last minute so you can decide where to put it together. You can do both traditional and modern first anniversary gifts in one!
